14th International Youth Conference in the Series Youth for India @2047 · February 19-20, 2027 | Hybrid Mode

For over a decade, the International Youth Conference (IYC) has been a vibrant confluence of young minds, global thinkers, and visionary leaders, consistently striving to empower youth through knowledge, dialogue, and innovation. Since its inception in 2014, the conference has grown into a prestigious international platform, nurturing leadership, shaping perspectives, and addressing pressing issues affecting the youth and the future of nations. Over the years, themes have evolved—from harnessing India's demographic dividend to reimagining leadership in a connected world—reflecting global youth's dynamic aspirations and challenges.

Now, in its 14th edition, the International Youth Conference proudly returns on 19-20 February, 2027 with a contemporary theme Resilient Futures: Reinventing Business and Leadership. In an era marked by volatility, disruption, technological acceleration, climate uncertainty, and shifting workforce expectations, the ability of organizations and leaders to remain resilient has emerged as a defining capability for sustainable success. The international conference "Resilient Futures: Reinventing Business and Leadership" is conceived as a forward-looking academic and practitioner platform to explore how businesses can reimagine leadership, strategy, innovation, and governance for an uncertain yet opportunity-rich future.

The conference aims to bring together academicians, researchers, industry leaders, policymakers, and scholars to deliberate on emerging frameworks, evidence-based practices, and transformative ideas that can help organizations navigate complexity with agility and purpose. The central purpose of the conference is to foster interdisciplinary dialogue on how resilience can be embedded across leadership, digital transformation, sustainability, finance, marketing, and operations.

The conference is anchored in the belief that the future of business will belong to institutions that are not merely efficient, but adaptive, ethical, technology-enabled, and sustainability-driven. Through six thematic tracks covering leadership resilience, AI-led transformation, ESG and sustainable growth, financial and economic resilience, digital consumer markets, and supply chain innovation, the conference seeks to generate actionable insights and thought leadership relevant to both academia and practice.

Selected high-quality contributions will be considered for inclusion in the edited volume, Navigating the Next: Perspectives on Leadership, Strategy and Sustainable Growth, which aspires to capture contemporary research and emerging perspectives on resilient business futures.

The conference invites original research papers, conceptual contributions, case studies, and interdisciplinary work that advance understanding of how organizations can reinvent themselves to thrive in a rapidly evolving global landscape.
